S235JR steel Plate is one mainly of Carbon and low alloy steel, S235JR steel Plate is a type of steel sheet under EN standard which is used to build ship, bridge, belongs to high strength sheet. S235JR is equivalent to DIN:ST37-2, JIS:SS400, ASTM:A283C and UNI:FE360B
S235JR (+N) is a non-alloy structural steel. We have large quantities of S235JR in stock.S235 structural steel Plate meets European structural steel standard EN 10025: 2004. S235 structural steel Plate is a common carbon structural steel that can be used in a very broad range of fabrication processes. With minimum yield strength of 33 ksi at 16mm, this Plate has excellent formability but is limited in applications requiring higher weight-bearing structural specifications.
S235 Steel Plate meets as per EN 10025: 2004 European Norms. This Steel Plate is a Common Carbon Steel Plate with Minimum Yiled Strength of 235MPA. This structural steel Plate can be bolted, riveted and welded in a full range of construction and fabrication including bridges and other general structural projects.With distinctly closer chemical composition values and mechanical properties, the steel grades of the S235–S355 series are used as material for wheels of passenger cars, lorries and other vehicles.
S235JR
A structural grade (S) with at minimum yield strength of 235 N/mm²m, the JR designation confirms that the steel has undergone longitudinal Chary V-Notch impact testing at 27J (Joules) at room temperature.
S235AR
A structural grade (S) with the same minimum yield strength of 235 N/mm²m, but supplied in an ‘as rolled condition’.
S235 has good high yield and tensile strength though this strength suffers if the material is heat treated at temperatures exceeding 600°C
