HSLA steels were originally developed in the 1960s for large-diameter oil and gas pipelines. The line pipe used in these projects required higher strength and toughness than mild carbon steel, and good weldability provided by a low carbon equivalent. The oil & gas sector is still market where the most important applications for HSLA steels are found, but the automotive and the offshore & onshore structural engineering sectors now consume significant quantities of these alloys
MD Exports LLP range of HSLA steels (high strength low alloy) are engineered to promote excellent high yield characteristics which in turn provide an extremely cost effective option for buyers. In many cases, the use of hsla steel will reduce the volume of material required in a project without compromising the quality and safety of the installation because it allows the customer to reduce the material thickness.
Our products not only offer high strength but also excellent impact resistance with excellent formability. We can offer high strength steel with a tensile strength of up to 1300MPa (see section on high yield steel). Our stock range is available in heavy plates and sheets.
MD Exports LLP inc is largest suppliers of high strength steel plate. we are supplying high strength steel plate in Saudi arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Yemen, UAE, Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Greece, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa,South America,Brazil, India, Australia, Egypt.we assured our client that we are standing behind our product which we have supplied as well as we issued a quality certificate along with our product which we manufacture supplies and exports

Benefits
---|---|
Higher strength to weight ratio (VS Carbon)
Able to order thinner gauge material; thus receiving less weight – results in less actual cost of material
Higher strength (Yield and/or Tensile)
Part will last longer, thus less replacement and labor costs.
Corrosion Resistant (some grades)
Longer lasting, less maintenance, thus saving money
